"This investment from the Growth Impact Fund will allow us to think big, scale up our delivery, whilst remaining true to our core mission to maximise the potential of all neurodivergent people, and the organisations that employ them. Working with the Growth Impact Fund is an excellent opportunity and we have great respect for the work they are doing in the social justice space."

Why did you seek investment?

We sought investment to scale the technical and commercial delivery of our Genius Finder™ platform, ensuring it could support both individuals and large enterprise clients with the high standards of accessibility, security, and user experience they expect. The investment also enabled us to expand our R&D capacity, improve customer support, and deepen our impact through accessible, evidence-based design.

Why did you choose the Growth Impact Fund?

We chose the Growth Impact Fund because of their alignment with our mission to empower neurodivergent individuals and support inclusive workplaces. They understood the complexity of scaling a platform with social purpose and offered the kind of long-term, values-led partnership we were looking for.

What support have you appreciated the most post-investment?

The investment has enabled us to rapidly grow our team, infrastructure, and platform capabilities with a level of rigour and speed that would have otherwise been difficult. One year on, we are proudly supporting thousands of users across multiple sectors, including employability and health, thanks to a strong co-creation process and the ongoing support of GIF.
