"A lot of the investors that showed interest and could have invested didn’t really understand that I can’t ‘push people through the funnel’ any faster. That made me think, if we’re at a board meeting in five to seven years with some of these investors, are they going to care about how many people have gone into work, the social impact on the community?"

Why did you seek investment?

We sought investment to scale our business and impact across both the private and public sector, accelerating crucial partnerships and enabling us to work with all parts of our ecosystem.

Why did you choose the Growth Impact Fund?

We chose the Growth Impact Fund because our values around social mobility and disability employment were perfectly aligned. They truly understood the challenges of commercialising neurodiversity employment initiatives.

What support have you appreciated the most post-investment?

Working with GIF has given us the platform and network to grow, helping us build key relationships and scale our work with industry leaders.
